Self-Led means we build your itinerary and you drive it yourself. Fully Guided means Nathan's with you the whole way, guiding in person. Both start the same way: a real conversation about what you want out of New Zealand.
-
Yes, and a lot of the best trips do. Plenty of people take a self-led road trip and drop in a few fully guided days, like a rafting expedition or a day of surf coaching, right in the middle of it.
-
No. Trips are built around your actual ability and comfort level. First-timers and experienced adventurers get the same care, just different itineraries.
-
Trips range from relaxed to full-send. We'll ask about your fitness and experience before building anything, so what you're offered actually matches what you can do.

Both islands, top to bottom. From North Island rivers and coastlines, to remote South Island wilderness. If it's worth going, it's on the table.
-
Both. Whether self-led or fully guided, we build the whole trip: accommodation, routes, activities, and the logistics that tie it together.
-
Trips are fully bespoke, so cost depends on length and experiences chosen. As a rough guide, self-led trips start from $699pp/per day and fully guided trips from $1299pp/per day.
