Day 1: Depart Christchurch to Hanmer Springs, an easy first night soaking in hot pools.
Day 2–3: Down through the untamed West Coast, overnight in Hokitika. Rural, slow, with wild coastline and bush.
Day 4: Flight onto Fox glacier, then on to Wanaka
Day 5: Wanaka - Queenstown. Vineyard lunch in World renowned Central Otago.
Day 6: Queenstown based. Visit historic surrounding towns Arrowtown and Glenorchy. Considered dining experience.
Day 7: E-bike Lake Dunstan, an easy, scenic day in the saddle
Day 8: Depart Queenstown to Lake Tekapo, stars gazing and stillness
